Terms & Conditions

Once your order is placed and your information has been collected, we will follow up within 2 to 3 business days with a digital proof. Once your contract has been signed, production begins right away and no further changes can be made.

• Digital printing: approximately 2 to 3 weeks upon approval, plus shipping. 
• Letterpress and foil printing: approximately 5 to 6 weeks upon approval, plus shipping. 

• Digital printing: approximately 2 to 3 weeks upon approval, plus shipping. 
• Letterpress and foil printing: approximately 4 to 5 weeks upon approval, plus shipping. 

• Digital printing: approximately 2 to 3 weeks upon approval, plus shipping. 

The hand-crafted nature of letterpress and foil printing creates slight variations from one printed piece to the next. We strive to represent the colors shown on our website as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the printed color will look exactly like the screen color or sample swatches. 

When you receive a proof, it is your responsibility to review it for any errors, such as spelling of names, correct date/time ,etc. Once your item has been approved and is sent to print, we cannot make any further changes. If your item has been sent to print with an error that you failed to correct during the proofing process, you will be responsible for any reprinting costs.

Two rounds of proofs are included in your order. Any additional proofs will incur a $35 fee per round (invoiced separately before third round of proofs is emailed). 

We cannot guarantee that the papers, envelopes or embellishments displayed on our website will be available from our suppliers. If your selections are unavailable we will notify you and present you with alternative options of the same quality.

Our services are offered on a first come, first served basis. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your place in our production schedule. In the event that an order is placed that we are unable to fulfill, a refund will be given.

Pricing on our website represents the full retail price in USD and does not include applicable taxes. All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. In the event that items on the website are priced incorrectly, we retain the right to cancel and refund any orders placed for the products listed at the incorrect price.

The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout. Invitation, save the date and day-of orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Invitation samples are shipped via USPS. 

All packages include a shipment tracking number, but once your items are shipped we have no control over the progress of your shipment and only have access to the shared tracking details. We are not responsible for any loss, delays or damages during shipping. 

Due to the custom nature of our services, they are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, return or cancellation. If there is a printing error made on our part, we will either reprint the paper goods or provide a credit for the misprint. If there is an error with the wording that was approved by the client, the costs of reprinting must be covered by the client. Lolette & Co LLC is not responsible for reprinting or reimbursing for invitations or save the dates that do not make it to their intended address through the services of the USPS, nor will Lolette & Co LLC be held otherwise accountable for the bending, tearing or other damage to invitations or save the dates during the mailing process. 

By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the Client expressly recognizes and agrees that Lolette & Co LLC has agreed to reserve the time for performing the design services, and because they spend significant time in designing and coordinating weeks and months prior to an event, and that if the event is canceled, the order will not be refunded.

Unless otherwise indicated, all designs, images, artwork, copy, graphics and products presented in this website or in the products that you purchase are the sole property of Lolette & Co LLC.  All designs, images, artwork, copy and graphics used during the proofing process are the sole property of Lolette & Co LLC. These designs, images and artwork may not be used for personal use, reproduction, the creation of derivative works, or any other purpose without consent. 

The personal information that you provide on our website will only be used to communicate with you and to fulfill your order. We will never share or sell your information to any third party.
